Before installation, please use the included car charger to test if the monitor works correctly. This step is very important.

Q1: Does this system need to be hard wired?
A: Yes, please noted that the wireless means we don’t need to connect the camera and monitor with cable, the signal transit through the antennas. But the camera and monitor need to be connencted to power supply separately.
Q2: What should I do if the system lost signal?
A: Please cut the power of the camera at first, then short press (MENU) button to choose the menu and find the “PAIRING” function, and then press (MODE) button to select and enter the pairing mode. There will shows “Pairing Start” and count down from 20 second on screen during pairing, please power the camera within this time. After that, the camera view appear and complete pairing. to tell us, we are ready to assist you!

This Camera system checked all the boxes for my needs. The setup is super easy as they supply everything you need, the instructions are easy to follow, the picture is clear, and the ability to record is a great feature. And you get all of this at a good value.
The system has a high quality of construction from the camera to the monitor and to the mounting hardware. The benefit of wireless and adding additional cameras is a plus.
I can also vouch for their support department. I needed to reach out to them about adding additional cameras they sell and to make sure they would pair with this system and got a reply every time with answers and solutions to my questions.
