Terms apply. We will not charge for returns initiated within 15 days of delivery unless the item is damaged by the customer or something is missing. （Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.）

Within 15 days upon receipt of the order, return or exchange request can be submitted. After 15 days of receipt and within warranty period, only free repair is guaranteed, although we may do exchange at our discretion. Late returns subject to restocking fee if approved. Out of warranty period, part and labor costs apply if you request repair services.
